High school first date ideas?? northwoods, mid winter!!?

ok, so i know this girl is really into me, and i want to ask her and a friend to hang out with me and a friend or 2 this weekend and do something casual. the problem is i have no idea what to do. doesnt seem like theres much to do in this town.

i dont want to just go to a movie or meet up at the mall. i live in a small city in minnesota and its soooo cold right now. way below zero and lots of snow. so i feel very limited to what i can do as a group.

i was thinking of this county park nearby with a ski hill and a hill devoted to tubing. it was always a lot of fun and the girls i talked to seemed to like it. but is it a good idea for a first date?
